I like what I’ve seen some people recommending that when you submit for the RSB bill, you also email a copy to your local Government MP (if they’re in the government) and Seymour, just to assure them you’re not a bot.
I'll send my submission today. I also emailed WP to thank him for previously opposing foreign corporate takeover and urging him to oppose this bill. If NZF don't support it, that should be enough to stop it again. Let's hope Act never gets back in again.
This is *sooo* brilliant and spot on. Why do people buy his bullshit? Even 8%. It makes me nervous about meeting new people in case they turn out to be one of them.
BTW that story about the biting child is actually close that happened when my child was 10. The child's mum and dad (possibly in a grip of a folie à deux) just would not accept it and blamed everybody. Fell out with other parents (including close friends), the school teachers and leadership and even a teacher aide who was honestly the nicest person I've ever met. They eventually got the pip, fled to a private school but continued to bad mouth our local one. Weirdly I'm assured the child turned out OK (might have been a phase) but if I see either of those parents when out walking in the neighbourhood I definitely cross the street.
I remember a mum crying to me after her son bit a bunch of kids at kindy and I was like “girl at least one kid has to be the biter. It’s just yr bad luck it’s your kid” 🤣 mine was a screamer and I feel like that’s worse 😅

Wonder what he was like at kindy...was he a biter, was he a loner sitting in the corner crashing toys into each other or was he the one leading the other nice white kids in a discussion of what was in the lunchbox that day...
