This is hilarious in that laughing that turns to crying with snot kind of way. I have never nor will I ever watch these. I reserve my masochistic tendencies for depriving myself of a third piece of cake and the use of toys I bought on Oxford St in Sydney a couple years back.
But I will contribute two programmes: Extreme makeover and Undercover boss USA. Two programmes full of optimism and generosity, until you realise they are basically a substitute for a decent welfare system and proper labour laws in the US respectively. That they suck one in until that dreadful moment when the subtext clicks is what makes them SO BAD. You're welcome. :)
If you want to feel even more helpless about climate change and humans hurting animals and ruining the planet in the name of capitalism, then I would recommend Seaspiracy. Prepare to never eat another fish you didn't catch yourself.

The Road - I watched it about 25 years ago and there are still scenes I can't unsee. And 13 Reasons Why....soooo sad.
